and Returns
A signature is required upon
delivery and if no-one is present at the delivery address the parcel will be taken back to your local Parcel force or
DHL facility and a calling card left. The card will tell you where your parcel is being stored and provide a contact
number for either pick up or a redelivery.

At Magicwheel
we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the reason for return is damage in transit we will refund the cost of the postage both ways within 7 days. Refunds will be made as soon as possible
after returned goods are received and checked by us. Returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all packaging
included. The Magic Wheel also comes with a 90 day manufacturers warranty due to faults from the date of purchase and
will be dealt with by the manufacturers.

will be issued with a returns number which must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. This will help in the processing
of your returned package and avoid any unnecessary delays.
